This was my second year doing Savannah’s Fashion Night.
Because I have done enough shows to know the downtime is a minimum of 5 hours. This is why I bring my cameras. What other time do you have professional hair and make up along with a variety of professional models who are bored. And we all love to practice our posing.
We had some light from a side window in an upstairs loft facing the alley way and in black and white the wall had so much character.
All models here are with Halo Models and Talent– Contact them for booking info.

This years event was also the launch of a crowdfunded new line of product by Jules- More than Make up. This brand has a kit that was used on all the models at the show. The team at Dollface by Jules applied the look and it was a hit. If you can’t afford to get the kit, I HIGHLY recommend the Redy or Not lipstick that was given away a few posts ago. You can see the line of kits and palettes available at the link above. This brand is still seeking funding so please show it some love. It’s not just a brand of make up, its high end quality products and tutorial videos to help get the look.

I love doing events like this. It ties the fashion community together and helps boost the economy for these locally owned and operated small businesses. Savannah has so much style and talent that its inspiring. All I can think is that there is a huge possibility of me leaving this town behind in three months and I am sure it’s going to sting.
I have loved working in a small market with talent that exceeds some large markets. I love the feel of these low-country towns. The artists are phenomenal. The weather is…. well it’s hot but the people and personality are hotter.
